Class Description
A practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Perfect if you like to take yoga at a gentle pace, or if you want to find a regular moment of calm amidst a busy or stressful day to day life. This is a very peaceful yoga class, with an emphasis on tuning in, moving with intention and with respect for your own unique body and needs, with plenty of variations always offered. Mindfulness and a chance to pause and reflect are coupled with gentle somatic movements, dynamic flow sequences and guided breathwork. These practices create a class tailored towards meeting, settling and toning the nervous system, helping to bring about a lasting sense of groundedness and grace in body and mind.
