Health Questionnaire
It's really important to me to put together yoga classes that are great for your health and wellbeing. Before you join a class with me, please let me know about any health conditions you may have and also a bit about any previous yoga experience you have. This means I'll be able to offer a suitable range of adaptations to our exercises in class, so we're all working within our ability. It also means I'll be able to make sure I include yoga poses that will support you in your health journey.
