Class Description

A practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Perfect for releasing long-term tension, or if you want to find a regular moment of calm amidst a busy day to day life. This is a very peaceful yoga class, with an emphasis on tuning in, moving with intention and with respect for your own unique body and needs, with plenty of variations always offered. Mindfulness and a chance to pause and reflect are coupled with somatic movements, dynamic flow sequences and guided breathwork. These practices create a class tailored towards releasing long-term tension, building flexibility and poise and towards meeting, settling and toning the nervous system. Join us for a weekly dose of groundedness and grace in body and mind. Block booking for each half term is available with a 10% discount. When booking your place, in the 'Payment for Somatic Yoga' drop-down menu, choose 'block booking' instead of 'pay now'. Note that this must be done at the beginning of a half term block.
