Class Description
A practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike. This class is a perfect opportunity to find a moment of calm in a busy week and to let go of old tensions, restoring energy levels and a sense of ease in the body. This peaceful yoga class emphasises refamiliarising ourselves with the subtle sensations, tensions and flexions of the body, moving and releasing with intention and respect for our own needs. Somatic movements and dynamic flow sequences are coupled with regular moments of pause and rest, training our bodies to settle with greater readiness on and off the mat. These practices form a class tailored towards releasing long-term tension, building flexibility, strength and poise and towards meeting, settling and toning the nervous system. Join us for a weekly dose of groundedness and grace in body and mind. Block booking for each half term is available with a 10% discount.
