Wellbeing Workshops

Finding Ease, Restoring Serenity

From day retreats, to short connective sessions, my wellbeing workshops offer a chance to connect within, meeting you exactly where you're at, nurturing and restoring a sense of wellbeing in body, mind and emotions. I love to create beautiful workshop experiences, both working on my own and by weaving together my ideas with those of other wellbeing providers.

My workshops typically combine traditional yoga flows with somatic or embodied movements and breathwork, presented with my gentle and trauma informed approach, in a way that can be adapted for all bodies and abilities.

“I don't think I emphasised enough how much I enjoyed the day. It was lovely and I'm really glad I came.”

A Chance to Come Home to Yourself

My wellbeing workshops are designed to nourish the nervous system, calm the mind, and bring you gently back to centre.

Held in peaceful Shropshire settings, my retreats offer a blend of:

  • Yoga & embodied movement (suitable for all abilities)

  • Time in nature to ground and reconnect

  • Moments of quiet connection with like-minded people

  • Time to rest, journal or simply be

  • Creative or seasonal workshops with partner facilitators

Whether you join me for a short workshop or a full day retreat, these special events are created to support your whole self — body, mind and spirit - in whatever way that resonates for you.

My Approach

As a trauma-informed somatic yoga teacher, with 30 years experience in yoga and meditation, I bring together science and embodied self-awareness to create safe, welcoming spaces for restoration. These workshops are a break from the busy pace of daily life with a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.

You don’t need to be flexible, or even to have done yoga before. All you need is a willingness to pause and tune in.
